It's been a lot of years since I've flown and my first few sim flights in the Ultra Light and Cessna 172 were without incident. But, I'm a little rusty on some of the instruments. This article was a great help in reminding me what the indicators other than 100 and 1,000 ft needles are for. As it's one of the most important instruments in the plane, this is a terrific read for new pilots.
