By joining Sim Pilot Magazine, you, the member, agree to receive the Sim Pilot Newsletter. While we fully support the efforts of anti-spam agencies, false reports to anti-spam agencies cause a lot of headaches for us. Therefore we are unfortunately forced to ban members who report us, and we will cooperate fully with appropriate agencies to ban the user from further use of anti-spam software. If you don't wish to receive our newsletter, simply cancel your membership. As a member, you are free to post your own content in your blogs and the forums. Sim Pilot Magazine encourages a friendly environment where you can share tour opinions freely in a benevolent environment. However, we do not allow any content of the following categories:
- disrespectful or insulting content including threats, privacy invasive material, abuse, ethnically questionable content, personal attacks, political or religious views, and troll posts. Sim Pilot Magazine operates based on strong core values. One of these is respect of other simmers, and our site is administered to maintain a friendly climate. If you are posting content that disrupts our friendly atmosphere, you will be sent a warning and your content will be deleted. Repeat offenders will be banned.
- offensive or otherwise morally questionable material, including spam, misleading content or content that impersonates another person, and adult material. If you post any such material we will terminate membership immediately and investigate prosecution where possible.
- any content that is illegal, including links to pirated software, defamatory content, confidential and copyrighted material, illegal software such as viruses and cracks, and instructional information about illegal activities. If you post any such content we will instantly terminate your membership. Sim Pilot Magazine actively cooperates with legal institutions persecuting offending members where any laws have been broken.
